Formula Electric Belgium rekruteert!
Formula Electric Belgium is een team dat elk jaar een elektrische racewagen ontwerpt en bouwt om mee te strijden in de internationale Formula Student competities, de grootste Engineering competitie ter wereld! Hier komen studenten van over heel de wereld samen om te racen tegen elkaar met hun zelfgemaakte wagens.
Het project kadert binnen het Postgraduaat Tech Innovations in Ventures & Teams. Je hebt de keuze om dit te combineren met je masteropleiding waardoor je twee jaar deel uitmaakt van het team. Een andere mogelijkheid bestaat eruit om na je masteropleiding het Postgraduaat Tech Innovations in Ventures & Teams op te nemen en dan maak je één jaar deel uit van het team. Uiteraard bestaat er ook de mogelijkheid om je masterproef binnen het team te doen.
Dit project biedt je een realistische werkomgeving aan. Je zal leren hoe je werkt en functioneert in een team, hoe je op een correcte manier onderdelen kan ontwerpen en hoe je professioneel communiceert naar partners. Het geeft je de perfecte opportuniteit om je ingenieurs- en softskills een boost te geven, wat zeker een voordeel zal zijn in je toekomstige carrière.

Formula Electric Belgium is a team that designs and builds an electric race car each year to compete with during the international Formula Student competitions, the biggest Engineering competition in the world! Here, students from all over the world come together to race against each other with their self-made cars.
The project is part of the Postgraduate Tech Innovations in Ventures & Teams. You have the choice to combine this with your master’s degree, so that you will take part in the team for a consecutive two years. Another possibility is to take part in the Postgraduate Tech Innovations in Ventures & Teams after your master’s degree, so that you will become a part of the team for one year. Of course, you can also do your master’s thesis within the team. Moreover, we are always looking for volunteers to assist us!
The project offers you a realistic work environment. You will learn how to work and function in a team, how to correctly design parts and how to professionally communicate with stakeholders. This gives you the perfect opportunity to give your engineering and soft skills a boost, which will certainly be beneficial to your future career.
